Kim Novak

I've never seen her play ditzy/Marilyn Monroe-ish type characters before. She was great.

She looked great and played the role brilliantly! Her sarcasm towards Lemmon's character's inability to relax on their dates...cracks me up.

A review here of this film said Novak's performance was weak. Give me a break!! The character was a bit of an airhead and unsophisticated, not Novak. She's the exact opposite in The Notorious Landlady, also co-starring Jack Lemmon.


Mag, Darling, you're being a bore.

I’m watching now and just came to see what others thought. She is so good at this kitten/Marilyn Monroe thing. I missed her name in the credits and didn’t know she was in the movie until she showed up. I had a double take; I couldn’t believe it was her.
