The character actor who appears around the 2 minute mark...

...and almost steals the picture, in two short scenes that total not much more than a minute. He's the skinny old fellow with the mustache and the nasal voice who's peddling stuff "from bankruptcies, fire sales"... Who is he? He's brilliant, working in some impressive bits of business, including a very believable stutter. I can't tell from the cast list who this actor is.
