American Remake

Has anyone seen the American remake of "Pizze a Credito" with the ring lost in a batch of doughnut doughnut? If you have who played in it and what was it called? It may have been made for TV.

I am not aware of there ever having been an American remake of this film, but the episode you describe sounds an awful lot like a short film adaptation of one of Robert McCloskey's 'Homer Price' stories, namely 'The Doughnuts' (1963), which was produced by Weston Woods Studios and released on the Children's Circle tape 'Homer Price Stories' (long out of print and not easy to track down these days).

Haha! Wow - thanks. Sorry for the lateness of my reply.

I was originally here, 4 years ago, looking to see if anyone knew of a source for an uncut, English-subtitled DVD for this film. All I've been able to track down are Italian only and Spanish-subtitled discs (albeit uncut/restored).

Any job openings for a guy "like me"?
