Documentary missing on some copies -!

Movie girl: I really like this film and felt it was quite believable when I
was very young in the early 70's and caught it on TV. The one I saw had a documentary about the nefarious tycoon - Jaime Coltis, played very well by the suave Raymond Burr. So when I saw the film again it goes right into the story about the body of the model washed ashore in Rio. (The one with the documentary sets off the story when we see it in flashback).

Today I have the copy with the documentary (thought not very clear) and the
one in the boxed set
