Power of Invulnerability
Near the beginning, when Harvey's character meets Harrison's character, they begin their friendship with a huge battle. Harrison shoots Harvey with an arrow, which clearly embeds itself several inches deep in the right side of Harvey's chest. Harvey appears to be genuinely shocked and stunned by the impact and penetration, and falls off of his horse, landing chest-down on the arrow, which would have made the wound even worse. But when Harrison, thinking he's dead, approaches on foot, Harvey grabs his ankles, knocks him to the ground, and they continue their fight. When they finally declare a truce and stop grappling, Harvey is fine! No injury, no blood, nothing. The movie goes on as though it never happened. Did he have a thick piece of padding under his clothes to absorb the arrow's point, or what? It's never explained.
