Full-length v. edited versions?

It looks like the Region 2 UK release featuring intro by Scorsese is 105 minutes in length. The full length version is listed as being 110 minutes; the IMDb refers to a version cut to 104 minutes.

Can any "JG" experts tell me what all was cut and whether the 110 minute version is available in non-bootleg form, and if so, where?

In the UK, DVDs are in PAL format, which means that there is a 4% speed-up. This means that the film is sped up slightly, thus the running time is shorter.
