Hollywood, Oct. 11---Valli will leave at the end of October for a visit with her family in Italy. From there she will go on to Vienna to make "The Third Man" with Joseh Cotten under Carol Reed's direction. The story about the English secret service, was written by Graham Greene, whose "Heart of the Matter" is causing a stir now. Reed got Russia's O.K. for scenes to be shot in its sector of Vienna. Cotten will come back to Hollywood for the unveiling of "Portrait of Jennie" before starting the picture. . . . .
