and phoney Injuns make this one dull oater; only thing of interest here is ghost city in the rocks. I know, I'm in a very small minority.

Thanks for your comments, I wrote a full review here too. Basically an excuse to film some cowboys clip-clopping along in the Mexican countryside. Minimal plot, "cliche city", "cardboard characters", maybe even overscored in places (but still a great score!). The story "clunks to an end". Incredibly, Rita Moreno just has a five minute bit part, and that's it. What a waste! Needed a much better script...

Budd Boetticher has in 'Comanche Station' indians too, who do'nt look like Comanches. Despite, that Western has a high rating (too)...
