Except of course for the "spectacular" chase finale across the glacier filmed entirely on a sound stage at RKO. You can tell that Hughes has some say in the ladies costumes with deep necklines. But ultimately was an enjoyable 50s B film.
shareThere were a few shots of actors crossing a glacier that were shot on location; however, most of the glacier footage, including the fight and rescue at the crevasse, were done on a set in Los Angeles. With a major star (Mature) and two star character actors (Price and Bendix), Montana location filming, and Technicolor, I wouldn't classify "Dangerous Mission" as a B film!
