Where DID Carmen get the money for the new clothes?

Did she put it on the boxer's charge account? She didn't have any money when she left the hotel and then she came back with all that stuff. How did she pay for it?

She pawned her wristwatch. When Carmen and Frankie are talking outside of the pawn shop, Carmen is wearing a wristwatch. When she returns with the groceries and new dress, the watch is gone.
