Presidential Candidate As Queeg.

I can't help noticing this. Here's a defensive statement given by a candidate for president in 2016, representing one of our major political parties. If it doesn't sound like Queeg losing it on the witness stand, I'll eat my sailor hat.

"So last night we had this [speech]. I wake up and I hear: Number One, I love Saddam Hussein—I hate Saddam Hussein. But I love Saddam Hussein according to the press because they're dishonest as hell. They heard what I said.

And Number Two—and they said it very, very strongly—they said, he should have spoken about Hillary Clinton longer. Now I wrote out four pages that I wrote out. And I read it, point by point by point. And after a long time. I don't know, many, many minutes.

Ya know, I've got thousands of people. And this really stupid guy, Chuck Todd. I won't use his name. I refuse to use his name. I refuse to call him sleepy eyes. I am not going to call him sleepy eyes anymore. But he's talking about, he had an opportunity to hit Hillary Clinton.

Did you see what I did to her last night? Am I correct? I mean, it got to a point. I was hitting her so hard. And the problem is I'm a professional. And I'm hitting her so hard.

And I know it doesn't mean anything because the system is fixed and it's rigged and it's broken."

Capt. Queeg was essentially a tragic character; Trump is nothing but a POS!

You're not the first to notice this. In a recent speech, Ralph Nader made fun of how Donald Trump repeatedly lashes out at people on Twitter for perceived insults to his ego, and hilariously referred to Trump as a "combination of Dr. Strangelove and Captain Queeq."

Here's a video of the speech (the comment about Dr. Strangelove and Captain Queeg is at 53:00): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3jofsWI54w&t=3180s

Now that Trump is President, I'm wondering if our Defense Secretary or the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff should be preparing to invoke Article 186 if our Pres decides on some disastrous action (like starting a nuclear war).
