Lyrics to the Song of the Barefoot Contessa

I am trying to find the lyrics to the
Song of the Barefoot Contessa, and a
recording of it with the vocal.
I know somebody recorded it but I can't
find any copies.

The lyrics start:
They say you have no heart, take mine my sweet Maria
but that is all I can remember.

HELP!

The only hit version of this was an instrumental (along with a chorus) by Hugo Winterhalter's orchestra which went to #25 in December, 1954 . I still have Dad's 78 of this (RCA Victor 5888) also issued on 45rpm, same #. I am unaware of a vocal version, though there might be a version that was cut with such.
