The Case of Lady Beryl - Cast Question

Is Sergeant Wilkins played by David Tomlinson? The role is not listed in the credits, but Inspector Lestrade calls him by name in a scene. The actor playing Wilkins looks a lot like the actor who plays Mr. Banks in "Mary Poppins."

Wilkins was played by Richard Larke: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0488249/

Or are you suggesting another actor was used for that particular episode?

reply

I've only seen this one episode (Lady Beryl) but I liked the show! Acting was very well done.

My, you're nosey, aren't you?

reply

Sgt Wilkins is credited in The Case of the Thistle Killer...Kenneth Richards is his name. He does resemble Tomlinson though.

People I hate on this board:
Nosey aren't we!

reply

No, they are two different men. My daughter and I had this discussion just yesterday - she pulled both men up online and convinced me that they were two different men.
