I'm certain it was Bruce Weitz. Jeff Hewitt was the nice young lawyer hired first by Belle Clemens, and then by Dr. Ian Northcoate, when they were consecutively accused of killing R.B. Keefer (Troy Donahue), the father of Belle's deceased daughter Robin, and also the man hired by Ian's twin brother Owen to kill Ian's mentally ill wife Mary Lou.
shareYes, I definitely remember Jeff Hewitt coming to visit Belle in prison during the Summer of 1970. Claudia MacNeil played the prison matron. The actual killer of R. B. Keefer was Owen Northcote. Both Ian and Owen were played by actor/director Gordon Rigsby. My (late) organ teacher, Eddie Layton, was the organist and musical director of "The Secret Storm" at that time.
