Is this the series where the good queen...

Is this the series where the good queen kept her evil identical twin locked up?

I vaguely remember an episode of some sci-fi "space" show and one episode in particular where the evil twin somehow managed to change places with her good twin until the ruse was discovered. But, I'm not sure if this is the series.
