"The Wish" (Season 5, Episode 2) has two semi-regulars from Green Acres involved with Timmy and a horse "Star."

Kay Kuter is one of two men who runs a pony ride setup. He was Newt Kiley on Green Acres. G.A.'s Roy Trendle, appears later, not with Kay, as the Calverton sheriff.

I don't have a point to make, just thought the two men on a single episode of a show other than Green Acres was interesting.

I thought you were going to say the two shows aired back-to-back and you had fond memories of watching them.

I can't stand Green Acres, but I can't help but think GA's offbeat humor and Lassie's over-seriousness would make a great counter for one another.

Lassie gets to keep Star, but you never see the pony again.
