Help please!!!!

Hi,

My Mum, who is a big Margaret Rutherford fan, was saying that she remembers seeing a film in which Margaret plays a shop-lifter and, at one point, she is in a store and she puts her arm down and a toy train roles up her arm.

Her birthday's a month away and I'd like to get her that film. As Margaret plays a shop-lifter in this film, is this the one?
