I had to drop in here to wish a very happy birthday to Richard Todd (Charles Brandon), who turned ninety today. Wish it were Sir Richard...

Also, had to mention again how much I enjoy this movie. Not exactly the pinnacle of historical accuracy, but hugely entertaining nonetheless. And Todd and Johns made a gorgeous couple. Those costumes...the music...the dancing...the sparkling dialogue... they don't make 'em like this anymore. And we're all poorer for it.
