Timely issues - Spoiler Alert

I watched this movie because of the title. It's not at all uncommon these days to hear about identity theft. Electronic media makes it something people can do from home wherever they may be in the world. I often forget how this was also a crime people were capable of committing in the days before the digital age. In some ways it was probably a lot easier and in some ways harder.

Another interesting and timely issue is the plight of undocumented aliens. In this case the 'illegal alien' happens to be an American. He's trying to eke out a living in Vienna but it isn't going too well. He drives a cab illegally but can barely keep his head above water. He thinks jail is preferable to the life he's living. We see how he can't even report a crime due to his not having identity papers. It's interesting to see how even an American can end up in that kind of predicament.

Woman, man! That's the way it should be Tarzan. [Tarzan and his mate]
