Steel Lady remembered from the 50s

Here in Adelaide, South Australia, today a contact asked if this film is 'available'. He recalled it from original cinema release -- all this time. Director Dupont, take a bow! --Cinevent

Hey Australia,

Saw the movie as boy and loved it too.

There's a company called The Movie Hunter http://www.moviehunter.tv/
that will get any movie you want for transfer to DVD- US Region. They have some really good sources for quality transfer (e.g. UCLA Film Archives) A little pricy at $50.00 US per movie but, I've had good luck with them on several hard to finds. Good luck.

I saw this movie a couple of times on TV in England as a kid in the 1970s.

It's one of those films that for some reason sticks in the mind forever after you've seen it - another one (the name of which escapes me) being that early '70s movie starring Doug McClure as a downed US fighter pilot in the North African desert during WWII, and Lloyd Bridges as the German tank commander trying to hunt him down. Would love to get hold of a copy for pure nostaligia!
