It's a Cessna T-50, known as a UC-78 in the military during World War II. But it's best known by it's nickname "Bamboo Bomber" because of the wood and fabric construction.

The Bamboo Bomber was TVs flying cowboy's "Sky King" first plane, furnished by movie flying stuntman Paul Mantz. I suspect "The Steel Lady" Cessna is the same airplane, but in this film it has no registration numbers! N67832 was the number on Sky King's "Bamboo Bomber" Both aircraft have the same basic paint scheme.
