Location for Second Chance

Does anyone know where Second Chance was filmed? Mexico, Si, but where in Mexico? I'd love to visit the town where those cable cars are.

Cuernavaca, Morelos, MEXICO
and
Taxco, Guerrero, MEXICO

the second names are the Mexican STATES such as we say Miami, FLORIDA, USA.
