Other than the stock footage used, does anybody know where this was made?

Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, Calif.
The Stock footage of mid air refueling appears to be occuring near
Edwards AFB, Rosamond, Calif.
and
the stock shot of the "Nova Scotia" shoreline
seems to be impossible as such due to the mountain terrain in the background.
The Size, shape & snowlines seem to Suggest the northwest North America region,
either Canada or USA, Seattle, Vancouver or other,
or a northern european location with a thriving fishing industry of the day
even part of the British Isles possibly.
