I think all sound was dubbed

The movie is great but none of the voices are in sync. I think this low budget film was shot with a 16mm camera and the background sounds and dialogue were dubbed in at a studio. However , it does nothing to detract from the film. I guess that's how you made a film on 30,000. I watched it many times and after just viewing it , it's so apparent that it's all dubbed.
