It was strange seeing Clayton Moore (The Lone Ranger) as a bad guy in this film. He was the one with pencil moustache and shooting the rifle when Sterling Hayden blew him and the other villian up with the stick of dynamite

I have a couple of Republic serials from the mid-40s with Mr. Moore as a bad guy. Considering his iconic role as the Lone Ranger, it always does seem weird to me seeing him as a bad guy.
