I would have bet anything that was Johnny Crawford (of the "Rifleman" fame). I did the math and the age and years wouldn't work out, yet I was still so sure. I kept thinking, "Man,I didn't know that kid was so talented." Win a few, lose a few.
shareFor many years, I thought the boy in "Hans Christian Andersen" was Johnny Crawford. Many years later, seeing it as an adult, I read the credits and didn't see his name; I came to IMDb, having just ventured onto the Net, and discovered that the boy is Joey Walsh.
I'm just now watching "The Juggler" on TCM, and this time, when I saw the resemblance to Johnny, knew it had to be Joey. It didn't surprise me to see a thread about these two talented actors.
