Rush was beautiful, as was the stunning Kathleen Hughes in a brief role.

Rush was beautiful.

You got that right!!!

reply

Yes indeed, and she reminds me so much in this movie of Dana Wynter in Invasion of the Body Snatchers - dark hair, eyebrows and general face - both classic women in classic sci-fi masterpieces.

Barbara Rush was a knockout in "It came from Outer Space," with Richard Carlson as the astronomer.

reply

An astronomer closely observing heavenly bodies? :)

Ditto.... Wonderful figure.. Lovely lady.

Check out 1972's Moon Of The Wolf. She is looking very grandmotherly. Of course, she was hot in 1953.

I'm about to watch this now. Shapely women are always a nice bonus in a cheesy old film.

reply

Made even more delicious by the fact that she was smart and knew her own mind. Delectable !

You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.

Just watched it on TCM. Barbara Rush was gorgeous!
