Johnny Depp was HORRIBLE in Ed Wood

I'm the reverse of most people. Those who watch the Burton film then watch the Wood movies because they liked the Burton film so much. I hated the Burton film. Johnny Depp's acting was as bad as Wood's movies. Then I watched the real Wood films, and they are interestingly bad, but entertaining. And seeing the real Ed Wood, then seeing the idiot played by Depp, made me realize how true my theory was; that Johnny Depp is the most overrated overactor of all time.

Ed Wood the film is not campier than Wood´s own cinematic bunglings - for one thing, the "campy" scenes in Burton´s movie were directly lifted from Wood´s movies. I can´t think of a single scene or a line of dialogue that wasn´t there in the originals.

I assume you have had time to think better of what you said. Talk about having a bad day. Depp's scenes were lifted almost breath for breath from Ed's movies.
