She is so beautiful
Liz taylor is the best reason to watch this film.
I think pieces of the set of Taylor's living room in this film are left over from "Invitation", 1952. The stone walls of the interior are very distinctive.

Elizabeth is the only reason I watched this film. The film itself may be bad, but she looked so beautiful. I think she was in her prime. She was really thin too, simply ravishing. It's interesting to notice how her acting style changed with the years. Her acting here is so subtle, yet realistic, nothing to do with the shrieking woman from the later 60s and 70s.

La Liz is luscious in this movie. Helen Rose did a fantastic job on the wardrobe for Liz, That bathing suit and the country club dress were awesome!
Liz was certainly in her prime
I loved the house she and Wm Powell lived in too
"A daffy woman constantly strives to become a star..."
Look closely and you'll see the limestone fireplace is painted by an artist.
