Playing in background of new Cohen Brothers' film

A scence from the film was playing in a moment from "No Country for Old Men", when Llewelyn returns home with the stolen cash. There is an interesting parllel here to the plot of that film, where the chase is on for the missing money, etc., plus the overall (neo)noir tone. Any significance here?

9 years late. I think it's awesome. There's an obvious contrast between this and their movie. Because nobody really knows this movie, nobody complains about them being rip-offs.
