Donovan is basically a gangster, a corrupt and nefarious businessman, nothing like philosopher and inventor John Galt. John Galt has been compared to Prometheus in ancient Greek literature, while Donovan more closely resembles Al Capone. Your attempt at a political analogy is weak at best, just plain disinformation at worst.
