Earl Holliman

This is about a group of seven men escaping from the Gobi Desert.
Six of the seven actors are billed, but not Earl Holliman, despite his role being every bit as substantial as Martin Milner's.
In much smaller roles, both Judy Dann and Russell Collins receive billing.
I know it was his first film, but with such a fair-sized role, does anyone know why he received no billing?

I could not believe that either. I kept thinking in a couple years he would have the juicy role of Cookie on "Forbidden Planet". He sure would never go 'uncredited' after that.

What a waste of talent in this crass film they are all clean shaven from start to finish and in true American fashion show no sign of fear or trepidation ,this was made for the USA market of dreaming .
Someone wrote they thought it was authentic ,really it is just depicting that the Americans think that they were kings of the world and other people are stupid and ignorant .
Try telling that to anyone who fought the Japanese ,it ranks in my book as the worst film made by Richard Widmark who was one of Hollywoods best stars and he did his best in this but it was just so rediculas that the stupidity came through in the acting of some of the I must say great cast .
