Run Silent Run Deep

The Cruel Sea seems to be a model for Run Silent, Run Deep. Many similarities, or at least a jumping off point for the USA sub movie to have a go at. I'm sure the writers / directors saw this great movie. Brilliant film, and what a great music score.
