Does anybody know the locations (Ports) used for the movie?
I'm pretty sure that at the beginning when they're getting her ready for sea that she's in Sunderland, and obviously Gib is in there too.
But what about the other ports?!

It was Sunderland. It coincided with her decommissoning after being handed back to the RN by the Royal Hellenic Navy in 1952.

All I know is it certainly wasn't Liverpool in the establishing shot just before Denholm Elliott made the remark about (lack of) fresh air in Liverpool.
