Where's Philip Hepburn?

I'd never heard of this actor before I saw the movie, Bright Road. I saw this movie for the first time last week--and, man oh man, it really moved me. It was such a positive movie, and Philip Hepburn really touched my heart. I was wondering where he is now--and if he was still acting. I'd love to have some of his photos for my collection of great performers. I realize the movie was originally released in 1953--and I was born in 1956. I truly admire Mr. Hepburn's work--his my favorite actor. This movie is very special to me--and Philip Hepburn was an excellent choice for the role of a special student. I related to his role with every fiber of my being.

I read your post and totally agree with your thoughts, comments on
Philip Hepburn. I just saw the movie for the first time yesterday,
being the Dr.Martin Luthur King Jr. Holiday. AMC channel was running
black films to honor his memory....."Bright Day" is an excellent film.

Philip Hepburn really touched my heart....It's a shame he did not do
more acting work. He was wonderful...and possibly before his time.

As a former publicst for Warner Bros films in NYC. I plan to search
every avenue to find out more about Philip Hepburn. I will share whatever
information I come across.

I just saw it for the first time too! I am a huge Dorothy fan and I was in the process of buying this film when I found it was going to be on TCM.

It was great and Philip Hepburn was wonderful.

I was wondering what happen to him too; he has to be like around
60 years old now right?

I saw the film 2 days ago and really enjoyed it. I was wondering the same thing. I wondered if the little girl that died played by Barbara Ann Sanders continued to act as well. I hope she and Phillip are still living.
