We know he wasn't told what was going on when Lynne was arrested the first time and the judge threw the case out for lack of evidence. He believed that Lynne was away on a trip. But what about later, after Lynne was presumably taken off the ship in handcuffs to await extradition back to the US? What story did Cam make up, or did he tell Doug the truth?
