Why didn't they re-shoot the last scene?

Cyd Charisse, who looks gorgeous in the rest of the film, was lit and made-up horribly in the final scene. She looks like she's 60 years old and stayed up all night.

Why didn't they shoot that over?

I've never noticed this, and apparently neither has anyone else.

Maybe YOU stayed up all night before watching the final scene.

I agree. Also, I think it was one of the few times there was actually a close-up of her.
