This movie sounds so familiar...

I think I must have seen it when I was a kid, I remember a kid playing on a huge keyboard or something, but does this movie have anything in it about a little boy whose hair grows past his feet and his fingernails get so long they curl? I have no idea if I'm even remembering the two out of the same movie, but I've been trying to figure it out for forever.
