Does anyone remember a character called Uncle Batchakalu? (sorry for the spelling).

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you are mixing up series. That was a characer in the Abbott and Costello show. And you are mispelling his name. But I cant spell it any better. It is an Italian name.

"Mr. Bacciagaloupe" was indeed an Italian-stereotyped character featured on the Abbott & Costello TV show.
