The Motorcycle Cop

the one he shot, got him too. But we never saw what happened to that one, just the his partner, the dork one that got just slugged. It looked like that cop winged him from the overpass, the killer was hobbling. Then all of a sudden the killer is okay and running and sprinting away.

What are they doing? Why do they come here?
