Blip in the credits

Whenever I watched this film, first on Saturday Night at the Movies on NBC, then subsequent showings elsewhere, I always noticed a blip or a pop in the same place during the opening credits. It was an obvious, clumsy cut. I always wondered what exactly they had so unskillfully removed. NBC showed a flawless print of the film yet there was still this blip. Does anyone know what credit we weren't supposed to see? I often wondered if it had something to do with the fact that her two ex-husbands were still alive and their actual names were used in the film.
