anyone seen it? Is it on VHS or DVD?

I've seen it. It was shown on TV here in the UK many moons ago. I had a VHS recording of it but I don't have any way to transfer it to a more reliable medium. Confusingly it was shown under the title "Gone to Earth" but it was really "The Wild Heart" because it opened with the producer credit showing the Selznick Mansion

Why do you want to see it anyway? It's a very badly hacked version of Gone to Earth (1950)

I saw it before and would like to compare it. Is your VHS in PAL? Well, you take an output cable for your VCR, connect it to a DVD recorder and tranfer it to DVD like that. The longer version loses some of the excitement, I think. The ending is also too short. The short version also included a voice narrative from Joseph Cotten.
