How can I get to see this old movie

My father was an extra in this movie. He is dead now. I want to be able to get it for my mogther who is 90 so she can see Dad in it before she dies.
I can't seem to get any infomation at all about knwoing if it is on video.

I hope this isn't too late but this film plays on TCM - Turner Classic Movie channel on cable. Last time played was Thursday, January 20, 2011.
