More a demonstration than a movie or even a documentary

While I respect and appreciate the novelty and importance of the technology at the time, this was so boring! This was like the creators of "Cinerama" photography and their marketing team just put together various clips (although beautifully filmed) that had nothing to do with one another just to demonstrate "Cinerama" and its possibilities.
It sadly does not stand the test of time. Maybe in 1952 it was extraordinarily awesome, but today it's a borefest. The only good thing about it is the cinematography and use of the then new technique.

Such a great innovation in cinema deserved a much better presentation that could actually be a watchable movie decades later.
