Where Can I Get The Soundtrack?

Does anyone know if the soundtrack LP has ever been uploaded or put on CD?

I know there is a Max Steiner CD out there that includes two brief re-recordings of the opening and closing themes, but what I'm looking for is that bit on the LP where the narrator demonstrates the sound system and stereophonic recording process using the orchestra (sort of like what Disney did in Fantasia).
