Just seeing another aspect of San Francisco from another era. Next time, I will be ready to record this movie. I will be ready. And what a title. All too real.

I like the location shooting, too. That's just one aspect of what it borrowed from the semi-documentary crime film (like The House on 92nd Street, Call Northside 777 and the Naked City)

Yes, great location work. I noticed that in the final scenes it's clear that Eddie lives under the shadow of the Coit Tower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Coittower1.jpg) which is explicitly mentioned in another great 1950s film that uses San Francisco as a major feature - Hitchcock's Vertigo.
