Who's the first "officer" they meet when they get there?

I'm trying to identify the first "officer" the ladies encounter when they arrive. I feel like I recognize her, but I can't think from where. So I came on here to try and figure it out, but I can't figure out which character/actress it is from this list.

She's not one of the actresses with a picture posted. I thought she identified herself as a "chief petty officer", but i googled the ladies with no picture on here and none of the actresses credited as a CPO seem to look like her.

It's not the older officer/commander. Can anyone help me identify her?
