Love this movie, but can't find it and they won't show it on T.V.

I saw this movie one time when I was about 12 or 13 and absolutely loved it. It was on t.v., it must have been AMC because we didn't have TCM, but I enjoyed it so much and have never been able to find it anywhere. I can't find a video and they have never showed it, that I know of since. If anybody has a copy or any info on how I can get it, I would appreciate it. I thought I would at least be able to find it because it has Ronald Regean in it but so far no luck and it's been about 15 years now.

TCM didn't show this movie. The original film this movie was based on called "The Male Animal" aired on TCM today.
