Bette is not the lead in this.Does anyone know if she shows up a lot?

"Loved???!!You never loved anybody but yourself!!"

Bette only shows up in the last 20 minutes and really has only a few scenes. It's not one of her best roles, but her character is crucial to the plot. The cover art is very misleading, because this film really belongs to Gary Merrill, but Shelley Winters and Keenan Wynn are also very good. Regardless, this is a terrific film with great writing and solid performances.
