Agree with you 100%...this is why my lawyer friends always tell me how unreliable eyewitnesses are...can you imagine a suspect that looked like Charles Bronson and the eyewitness telling the cops that he looked like Frank Sinatra? The cops wouldn't find the guy if they tripped over him!!
